Frequently Asked Questions Q. Can I share my username and password with another person? No. You will be breaching your license agreement and the other person will be dishonestly obtaining resources. If you need more usernames and passwords you should upgrade your license. It is essential that all users pay for the service so that we can continue to provide quality resources for our subscribers.
Q. Can I log on to LiturgyHelpforSchools from my home computer? Yes, you can log on from any computer which has internet access. Some internet browsers work better than others and we recommend you use the most up-to-date browser you can.
Q. Can I change my username and password? Yes. Usernames and passwords are often changed when they are being allocated or re-allocated to key people in your organization. You can also change your username and password to words that are easier for you to remember. Click on "user details" in the top right-hand corner of most screens and then make any changes you like. (Avoid apostrophes though.)
